Yashi Screw has engineers that will come on-site to validate and measure screws and barrels when needed. We also offer services for shipping screws and barrels to our facility for mapping and analysis.
Screw and Barrel Measurement
Screw Measuring
We measure the flights on your screws to determine how much wear has taken place, and to let you know if a new or rebuilt screw may increase production output.
Barrel Measuring
Bore gauge the barrel. Wear that occurs deep inside the barrel is difficult to track without taking physical measurements. We measure the inside diameter of your barrel with an electronic measuring device, to determine how much wear has taken place, and to let you know if it is time for a replacement barrel.
Then, we can follow through with a recommendation and quotation to provide you with what you need.
