We are a manufacturing company, but primarily we are a competent consultant. We use our expertise in engineering, metallurgy and processing to find optimal specifications for plasticating components, select suitable material combinations, and support you in your development of new screws and barrels to improve profitability and functionality.
If you should need to consult us with your processing questions, we provide "hands-on" troubleshooting experience. We don't stop there! Our consulting team can provide you with in-depth technical assistance, we offer thorough analysis and recommendations for any technical components of your manufacturing along with suggested modifications of your old screws if needed. On site evaluations and consultations are available. We will come on site and measure, assess the wear of the barrel and screw and recommend a course of action thus minimizing downtime and saving you money.
