Quality Control and Assurance

We quality control the complete machining, grinding, boring, honing, welding and polishing process in manufacturing feedscrews and barrel for plastics, rubber and food industry. Our comprehensive quality control procedures ensure that all items are checked at every operation, with a final inspection being carried out immediately prior to despatch to the customer.

A full production audit record is kept along with a final inspection report to ensure traceability on every job we do.
